FREE 7-POINT BEDTIME CHECK
Are You Ready for 2AM?
Wake hot, sweaty or damp — then find yourself completely wide awake?
The free 7-Point Bedtime Check helps you decide what you'll do before the night shifts.
In five minutes before bed, you'll know what you want within reach, what you've already decided if you wake hot, damp, cold — or wide awake.
So if 2AM happens tonight, you're ready for it.
THE PROBLEM ISN'T ALWAYS JUST WAKING HOT
The Night Sweat May Last Minutes. Being Wide Awake Can Last Much Longer.
You wake hot. Throw off the covers. Realise you're sweaty or damp. Then the heat passes and suddenly you're cold.
By the time you've changed something, adjusted something, searched for something and worked out what to do next... you're properly awake.
Sound familiar?
You can’t always predict a night sweat. But you can decide what you’ll do next before you’re tired and uncomfortable.
YOUR FREE 5-MINUTE CHECK
Don't Search. Don't Decide. Have It Ready.
Before bed, the 7-Point Bedtime Check helps you think through:

Can you easily adjust your room if you wake hot?
-
02 — YOUR BED
Can you easily remove or add a layer as your comfort changes?
-
03 — YOUR SIDE
Does your side of the bed work for your comfort needs?
-
04 — IF YOU'RE HOT
Do you already know the first small adjustment you'll try?
-
05 — IF YOU'RE SWEATY OR DAMP
Is what you might want within easy reach?
-
06 — IF YOU BECOME COLD AFTERWARDS
Have you prepared for what happens after the heat?
-
O7 - IF YOU'RE WIDE AWAKE
Do you already know what you’ll reach for to help you settle back toward sleep?
Seven questions.

WHY I CREATED SOMNIECO
Your Body May Be Unpredictable. Your Plan Doesn't Have to Be.
Night sweats first became part of my life after having my son. Years later, during perimenopause, they came back — and stayed.
I knew the routine: wake hot, deal with damp sleepwear or bedding, become cold afterwards and then somehow try to settle back to sleep.
For a long time I kept asking:
How do I stop this happening?
Eventually, I asked a different question:
What if I can't control what happens tonight — but I can make sure I'm not working everything out at 2AM?
That question became SomnieCo.
With my background in exercise physiology and health and wellbeing, I started looking at the whole disrupted night — what happens before bed, when temperature changes, when comfort changes and when sleep disappears.
Not how to control the night. How to feel more prepared for it.
