Built by someone who knows exactly what 3AM feels like. And why.
“I didn’t build SomnieCo because I found a gap in the market. I built it because I couldn’t find what I needed — and I knew enough to know why nothing was working.”
I'm an Exercise Physiologist. I've spent years helping other people understand what their bodies are doing.
And I still lay awake at 3AM every single night, drenched in sweat, with no idea what to do about it.
It started postpartum. The hormonal disruption, the middle-of-the-night wake-ups that had nothing to do with a baby, the heat, the racing mind, the exhaustion that sleep didn't fix. I assumed it would pass. For a lot of women it does. For me, it took longer than I expected — and understanding why changed everything.
What I didn't expect was how clearly tracking my pattern would shift things. Not immediately. Not perfectly. But for the first time I was working with my body instead of being ambushed by it every night.
That experience is what made me realise this isn't just a menopause problem. It's a hormonal pattern problem. It shows up postpartum. It shows up in perimenopause. Same mechanism. Different chapter. And it has been almost completely ignored.
So I built it.
SomnieCo is what I wished had existed. Evidence-based, specific to the hormonal pattern, and designed for the actual experience of the night — not the textbook version of it.
